Cancellation & Refund
At Apna Tarp, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our tarpaulin sheets. We understand that sometimes plans change, or an item may not be exactly what you expected.
- You may cancel your order if it has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order details.
- For refunds and returns, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described on our website, you may be eligible for a return and refund. You must notify us of any such issues within a specified number of days from the delivery date, typically around 7 to 10 days. The product must be returned in its original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags. We will arrange for the pickup of eligible returns.
- Upon successful inspection of the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a standard processing time for the refund to reflect in your account, which is typically within 7 to 15 business days from the date the return is approved.
- We generally do not offer refunds or exchanges for products that are simply unwanted or if you have changed your mind, unless explicitly stated otherwise for specific promotions or products. Sale items are usually final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.
